FAMILY STUFF

T-minus one week until school starts and there's mixed reviews about the impending start date. The boys and I are feeling a little hesitant about the whole thing, but Tony is super excited. As I mentioned last week, we have elected to do the semester online through our county. I'll be sharing some of our "home schooling" set up through my Instagram Stories!

CURRENTLY WATCHING

Tony and I are slowly but surly finishing The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime. We've been spending a lot more evening time chatting on the porch, but on the odd night you'll find us wrapping up the third season. This is the best TV show.

I am in love with Plann for my social media planning. I use the platform for my Instagram feed, my stories and for Facebook. I generally use it for Instagram, and I love looking at how my grid will feel. I'm all about the visual planning- to be honest. I also love that I can access the posts on my computer and not have to squint my eyes while I write my posts.

These are the items I have been loving in my bathroom lately... The soap is PH Balanced for my sensitive skin, and the rose scent is absolutely divine. (Tony loves the Lavender scent too!) The candle is perfect for when I want to shut down the lights, and the Erin's Faces Lip Balm is my favorite one ever..... Click on the images below to get your own!

FAMILY STUFF

We elected to do the whole semester online this year. For us, the decision came after feeling like all of us will do better with consistency when it comes to our routine.We are working out how we are going to juggle life and school and all the wonders that are included in 5th grade.This weekend I am setting up a closet to hold all of the home school supplies and coming up with a work schedule for me.

ON THE MENU

This White Bean Stew is one of my favorite "go to" recipes when I don't have a lot of time, and am craving something filling and hearty.

I highly recommend the you half or even quarter the cherry tomatoes before roasting them, and the more tomatoes the better, in my opinion.

Don't skip out on the lemon zest either! It really adds a complexity to the flavors of the dish. I eat this as a meal, on it's own, but it would be so yummy with some crusty bread on the side.

CURRENTLY WATCHING

Dharma & Greg on Hulu. I've been craving light and fun in the evenings- and Dharma and Greg reruns are fitting the bill. It's fun to see how some of the things that were considered alternative back then are more mainstream now.

I also finished Dollface (also on Hulu). I thought it was creative and cute.
