This 3 week course, held completely online, will change

how you approach life.

I will share with you key things to do DAILY to increase your joy, contentment and happiness.

We will create an easy practice for you to focus in on yourself regularly

and only do things that feel soul aligned. 

What you focus on expands and grows.

What will happen in the course?

I'm all about the quantum leap.  So, in three weeks time from when we begin, if you put in the work and show up for yourself, I have a strong feeling you'll be happier.  

This course is 21 days of interactive, daily activities to help you create the actions, the foundations and the habits that will lead you to more glow and more happiness. 

We'll meet in a private Facebook Group, with all of your course materials uploaded in the group and also on a course platform (I'm all about accessing course materials in easy ways).

 

You'll meet with me 7 times over the 3 weeks in live trainings.  

(Of course there will be replays available just in case your schedule doesn't match with mine!) 

 

You'll have all of the course materials from then on out.  Below you'll find more about the course content.  But I want to tell you what this course is NOT first.  

What this course is 

not:

This course is not about the thick workbook, or some complicated formula for you to "get".  It's about quickly and swiftly making changes in your life for your better. 

This course is not therapy.  Don't get me wrong.  I LOVE therapy. But this isn't the venue for it.  You could totally use this course while you are in therapy and chat with your therapist about all the good stuff you are finding out about yourself though.

This course isn't to sit in your email.  Or in the land of forgotten courses.  Please, no.  This course is to be engaged with, and possibly (and likely) visited again and again so that you continue to glow-up.

Quickly and swiftly we get clear on some pretty big things that influence your happiness:

In Daily Actions For a Happier Life, we get really clear on what's holding you back when it comes to living a happier life.  Mindset and self sabotage are usually the biggest things.  We will shift those in order for you to open up to new ways of being.

We will dive into the main components that influence a happy life, including:

Our daily routines.

Our relationships (with lovers, friends, family & coworkers).

What we eat, how we sleep, how we move our bodies.

Our spirituality. (We discuss this in a very all inclusive way).

Mindset shifts and tapping into our intuition.

Fun, joy and feeling good.

Course Setup:

The 21 Day Course will take place in a private Facebook Group and on an organized course platform.  While it's not necessary to be a Facebook member to engage in the course, it is strongly recommended.

Each day you will receive a daily note with a small action item.

There will be 7 Live Trainings (see other box for schedule).  All of these trainings will be uploaded in the course platform and also will have a replay available in the Facebook Group.
