No matter our gender identity or our spiritual beliefs, we all have both sacred feminine and sacred masculine energies within us. Think of them like the yin and the yang of how we operate. In order to lead and love in a healthy way, we need both energies to dance with one another. But, up until recently, the Sacred Feminine was erased and we didn't even remember that it existed.
When expressed and balanced, the Sacred Feminine is the energy that embodies the attributes of creativity, receptivity, compassion, nurturing, sensuality, inclusion, intuition, mystery, renewal and unconditional love.
When expressed and balanced, the Sacred Masculine is the energy that embodies the qualities of achievement, drive, focus, logic, order, illumination, action, determination, and higher consciousness.

A long, long time ago the Sacred Feminine was erased. Many people who embodied the sacred feminine were silenced. The predominant paradigm controlled the sacred feminine by taking away their power.

And now, we are taking our power back.
We are remembering what has been stolen from us.

Hello and welcome if this is our first time meeting one another. I'm Katherine Phifer and my soul work is to support you to remember your power, infuse the sacred feminine in your every day life and live as abundantly flourishing as possible.
I am a sacred feminine mentor for the new wave of industry leaders, creatives, artists, healers, coaches, business owners and entrepreneurs. My life is the text book to my work, and I sure have met some lessons!

I am mama to teenage twin boys and an angel daughter. My husband and I have been married for 16 years. Before diving into the sacred feminine, I was a psychotherapist and art therapist for in crisis teens and life coach for women desiring abundance in their lives.
​
I have met many storms in my life and all of them have brought me to right now, sharing what I know with you.
​
