Lover is not a program just about sex.

Although, we will talk about sex.

It's not a program just about marriage.

Although, we will talk about partnership.

It's not a program about self love.

Although, we will cover self intimacy at length.

Lover is a vehicle and vessel to expand how you do

lovership, with yourself and with others.

And, the growth, quantum leaps and shifts you will experience in love, leadership and wealth

will blow your mind.

(Because this is about you as a whole person, and your entire life is effected by how you do intimacy.)

What happens inside of Lover?

Lover is a six week container that focuses on your intimacy with yourself and with a lover.

Part immersion to something new, part educational, part healing and part sacred container, over six weeks we will expand, shift and grow how you do lovership.

Lover is designed to be intimate,

for your comfort and for your growth.

That means there will be no more than

10 to 15 people in your cohort.

The program is meant to be immersive (meaning over six weeks you'll have a lot of energetic and physical things to implement for your healing and growth.)

The program is both self study and interactive.

Each week you are offered modules to immerse yourself in. We also have weekly in person calls to expand the depths of your intimacy.

You don't have to be in a marriage/partnership/current relationship to be a part of Lover.

I'm Katherine.

Hi.

Hey, I'm Katherine and I am your guide for Lover. I work with powerful leaders who aren't afraid to expand into their greatest mission. Prior to my work as a leadership + intimacy mentor, I was a relationship coach. And prior to that, I was a psychotherapist with teens in crisis and their families.

My work to create Lover is a personal and public one. Honestly, I think I have been creating this program in the back of my mind for most of my adult life. And, as my husband and I grow and expand in our 15 years of marriage, we continue to figure out the ins and outs of long term intimacy. And, with most of the women I work with, there are usually deep conversations about partnership, marriage, intimacy and sensuality. This is ongoing, important and expansive work. I would be absolutely honored to walk with you in this program.
