Hello, and welcome back to the She's Sacred show with Katherine Phifer . I'm so excited you're here. I've got Nefertiti, the black rag doll cat sitting next to me. I think she's ready for her dinner. Today, I'm sharing with you how I use my intuitive and psychic gifts and practices inside my higher level container.
Occasionally I'm able to use this gift inside of smaller mini experiences, but those tend to be larger in group size and also a little diluted, and so it's harder to access that full energy inside those programs. But before we begin, I'd like to just make this disclaimer that I believe everyone has access to this, an ability to tap into their psychic and intuitive side. I've had years of practice in doing this. Over the years I've learned how to use my body to gather information. I also connect in with my guides who speak with me. Occasionally I'm able to connect in with a spirit that is lingering in a conversation.
It's really powerful and a lot of fun, and I've really learned how to master this kind of visioning in my work with other people while also holding the big picture. In my work, I use strategic psychic guidance. I'm able to hold the psychic vision of what my clients are creating. I can hold a pristine level of knowing who my client is and where she's going.
We work through any fears, wobbles, patterns that are not in alignment. And we really create a vision and a map that her higher self has already chosen and has decided on that perhaps is already living out on a different timeline and we create it. This work is a lot of fun. It's a little hard to explain, but when we are in connection with one another, me with one person or me with a small group, I'm really able to tap into my body and know the signals that are happening and know what the information is being delivered to me from the person that I'm speaking with or from my guides or from the spirits that are in the room with us, so to speak. This is a sacred feminine practice that I have had my entire life, but have really mastered over the past five years.
In grad school, one of my Mentors taught me how to use my body as an intuitive guide. She would ask me when I was in conversation with my clients to feel into my body. To know what was going on because my body was in direct conversation with the other person and their emotions. It was really powerful. I could know when a person was experiencing intense anxiety by the way that my stomach felt in the session.
And that's when I learned that my stomach is such a great tool. It's also something that I'm constantly working with because I have Crohn's disease. And It's very precarious and a bit high maintenance. So I have to really take care of my stomach and my gut in order to make sure that I can listen to her in a really powerful way.
I feel a little strange sharing this information. And the words have been hard to find for me because I think that there is a deep hidden witch wound for me about sharing my gifts. There's a deep fear about being persecuted for sharing that I'm psychic, that I use my intuition, that I have these powerful gifts, that I can offer healing and growth and change by being this kind of practitioner.
I've done things psychic adjacent, like become a coach, become a mentor, become an advisor for me. And also through becoming a therapist and an art therapist. Which allowed me to use my gifts in a really powerful way. But I wasn't being fully entrenched in the work or in the gifts. And now I am. Since moving to Sicily about nine months ago, I've had some deep burning downs of constructs that I had created in my mind and my body and my life that were not serving me fully.
I've really awakened in me my psychic gifts in a way that have been almost, too powerful for me and I've really had to learn how to operate with them so that I don't burn to dust. I currently live on a volcano, Mount Etna, and the fire energy is so intense and I didn't get this until I was on a sailboat with my family and family friends and One of the sailboat operators, owners, was a beautiful woman.
Oh, she's stunning, gorgeous and we were talking about where she was from. She's from Majorca and her husband's from Sicily. And she said she didn't really love Catania, which is the city that I live outside of. And she wasn't crazy. about this area because of all of the fire energy within the people and my mind was blown.
I was like, of course, of course, there's so much fire energy in my body and my mind and my soul because I am currently living on an active volcano. Which is true. The volcano has erupted a number of times since we moved here. It is currently being quiet. Thank goodness, because when she erupts, it's a lot of work.
But, regardless, the fire energy has really awakened in me these gifts. The intuitive and psychic gifts that I have had all along but was afraid to share. Inside of my work, I offer the opportunity to really take a high level view of what's working, what's not, where are we moving towards, and how can we get there, and what do we need to let go of.
We're constantly letting go and we're constantly rooting into the foundation deeper and deeper as we move forward. And inside of my work, I teach my clients the tools to connect in with their own intuitive self, their own higher self, their own higher vision, which perhaps they already do, but we take it even deeper and we're more systematic and strategic about it.
And we amplify it. So we take what we want to create, we root in, and then we amplify. And it's really powerful work. Depending on the container that someone comes into, we do different things. So in my She's Sacred Blueprint, it's an eight week program where we have two phases. We have a Clearing out phase a releasing all the stuff that just isn't in alignment anymore.
Perhaps it was at some point. Now it's not. And then we've infused the sacred feminine practices to create that vision for her, her own unique vision. And then in the Fem C Suite offer, which is a one to one container as well, that starts at three months but can be extended for however long that the client would like to extend, we dive into the She's Sacred method.
Over 12 weeks, I'm sharing the seas, she's sacred method, and we're using that method to amplify, expand, create this beautiful life and legacy that she's here to create. Often my clients have gotten pretty far with some great tools of being driven. of really being goal oriented, of knowing what she wants and making it happen.
But there have been things that have held her back and there are things that have gotten in her way in order for her to have everything that she desires. She limits herself from actually going even further. In her work and in her legacy because of fear, and she also limits herself in her personal life because she doesn't believe that she can have it all.
She doesn't know how to take care of herself and how to expand her life in a way. that lets her have everything that she desires. And I'm here to say that you can have everything you desire. And when I say that I'm not being superficial or wearing rose colored glasses, life is life and life is hard. Let me tell you, I know this.
We have, Things that we have to deal with. We have to deal with our health, our wellbeing. We have to deal with our family members. We have, perhaps we're mothers and we have to deal with our children and what's happening in their lives. We have relationships that we're in. There are things that are happening that are really hard.
And also that should not get in the way of us having everything that we desire. We are allowed to have it all. We are allowed to live this beautiful, expansive life and meet everything that we're meant to meet. And we can have the energy for it all. So all of my work feeds off of each other. Energy Queen is a mini experience.
The Sacred Femme experience is a mini experience. There are other things that I offer that are as small that you can tap into just to get a feel for the work that I do. But the high level stuff is really where we get into the intuition and the psychic. It's all about rebelliously returning to a feminine power, her soft power, creating time management and energy management practices.
So that she can create a deep feminine trust in herself, in her life, and in her work. The women who come to work with me tend to want more. They are usually on a quest for more. More wealth, more love, more expansion, more abundance. And they want to have the things that they desire. But they want to do it in a way that feels more sustainable.
They want to do it in a way that feels more connected to their bodies and to their minds and to their souls. And this is how we create it. We look at the picture. We look at what we desire in the moment, currently. And then we create a strategic plan using the sacred feminine. and sacred feminine methods to create all of that.
And part of the fun is the creation. And part of the fun is sitting back and saying, I created it. I can look at my life and I have energetically aligned to a life that I didn't know was possible and it feels really good and it came from me leaning back into my sacred feminine and being able to trust my intuition, create a connection with my higher self and move towards what I desire with bravery and with love and with commitment.
