Feminine Leadership Is Not Anti Wealth Building. Money Means Expansion

Somewhere along the way, we were handed a belief system: A woman who truly leads from her values will be comfortable being underpaid for it.
The system told us that talking about money was audacious. That evolved women don’t require financial freeedom. And, that the most feminine thing you can do is give generously and ask for very little in return.
Women have been associated with caretaking and giving for so long that we began to confuse generosity with financial self erasure.
What gets mistaken for feminine leadership (undercharging, over delivering, being quietly resentful but publicly gracious) is not generosity. It is a pattern inherited from generations of women who didn't have the option to ask for more. They were lucky to get a seat at the table. But now, the table scape and invite list looks a little different. We have the option to increase our wealth, but the question is whether we're willing to use it.
The women leaders I admire most don't apologize for what they've built financially. They use it. They fund the work they believe in. They pay their teams well. They create access for people who couldn't otherwise afford it. They take the trip, write the book, build the thing, because they have the resources to do so.
Wealth, held with intention, multiplies your reach. It does not dilute your values. It funds them.
Feminine leadership doesn't shy away from money. It learns to hold it with both power and grace; knowing what it's for, where it needs to flow, and how to receive it without shrinking.
You cannot expand what you haven't resourced.
The vision you have, for your business, your community, your work, requires fuel. Desiring that fuel does not mean your are greedy. It is not a departure from your values. It is the practical reality of building something that lasts.
You are allowed to want abundance. You are allowed to build toward it with intention and without apology.
Money means expansion. And expansion is exactly what the world needs from women who lead.
If you are finding yourself leaning into the conversation, be sure to get The Embodied Leadership Blueprint, a free three part audio series for the high performing women who are ready to lead from presence, intuition and inner authority; instead of leading for approval.
